We’re located over in Ashok Nagar, specifically on 11th Avenue. It’s a busy part of Chennai, but our office stays fairly calm most of the time. Teejay Global Infotech Services Llp is basically a group of people who handle IT tasks. We’ve been at 43/1 for a while now. The street outside can get pretty noisy with traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking. We don’t have any of that corporate jargon or those huge meetings that go nowhere. We just look at what needs to be fixed or built and we start working on it. Some of us have been doing this for years, while others are newer to the scene. It’s a good mix. We often have tea breaks where we just chat about random things, not even work-related. It keeps us from getting too stressed out. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work with the desks we have. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs right. People come to us with IT stuff, and we figure it out. It’s a simple setup. If you’re ever walking down 11th Avenue, you might see our sign. We’re just a regular bunch of people trying to provide tech support and services without making a big fuss about it. We stay late sometimes when the work demands it, but we mostly try to keep a normal balance.
