Techookku Services Limited is our company, and you can find us over in Anna Nagar West Ext. Specifically, we are at No. 16/148 on Avvai Street in the Thiruvalleswarar Nagar neighborhood. Anna Nagar is a big place, but our little corner on Avvai Street is where everything happens for us. We have been at this address for a bit, and it’s a solid location for our needs. The street is usually lined with scooters and people walking by. It feels like a real neighborhood, not just some sterile business park. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working through our list of things to do for the day. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We just handle the services we provide from this spot. The building itself is pretty old-school, which fits the way we like to work. We don't really have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. If someone stops by, they usually just walk right in and find us. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving well enough. We like being in this part of Chennai because it’s easy to get around to other places from here. Thiruvalleswarar Nagar has a lot of character and history. We are just a small part of the community here on Avvai Street. We keep our heads down and do our work every day without much fuss.
