Tadive Technologies is located out in Panaiyur, near the NRI Layout in the Sholinganallur area. Our workspace is at Plot 56/57 in the VGP South Layout Part. It is a bit far from the main city center, which actually makes it a bit quieter for us to get our work done. We are a small team and the office reflects that. It is mostly just a bunch of desks with monitors and a lot of tangled cables tucked away in the corners. We do not have any big signs or fancy decorations. We spend our days writing code and trying to solve technical problems that pop up. Sometimes the internet is great, and other days it gives us a bit of trouble, but that is just how it goes. We usually bring our own lunch or grab something from a local spot nearby. It is a very casual environment here. No one really wears a tie or talks in corporate jargon. We just talk about the projects and what needs to be fixed before the day ends. The Chennai-Kancheepuram heat can be tough, so we are thankful for the fans and the air conditioning. We have been in this spot for a while now and it works for us. It is just a simple place where some local folks do tech work without making a big deal out of it.
