Exceller Technologies is situated in T. Nagar, right on South Dhandapani Street. Being opposite the bus stand means it is never quiet. There is a constant stream of people and buses moving past our front door from early morning until late at night. Our office is on the smaller side, but we make the most of the space we have. We have cables running along the floor and monitors everywhere you look. It’s a bit of a tech graveyard in some corners where we keep old parts for spares. The staff is mostly young and we all sit together in one open room. We don't have fancy ergonomic chairs or anything like that, just basic office furniture that has seen better days. The noise from the bus stand can be a bit much, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We usually grab lunch from the small eateries nearby because there are so many options in T. Nagar. We don't have a formal way of doing things; we just solve problems as they come up. Sometimes we stay late when we are deep into a project, and the street outside is still just as busy as it was at noon. It’s a high-energy area and it keeps us on our toes. We don't spend time on marketing or big slogans. We just focus on the tech and making sure things work the way they should for the people who come to us.
