We've been over at Uma Complex on Natesan Street for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in T Nagar, so there is always something going on outside our door. Most days we are just busy putting together different herbal remedies and getting orders ready for people who need them. It isn’t a fancy office or anything like that. We have some shelves, a few desks, and the smell of herbs is pretty much everywhere. Sometimes the traffic on Natesan Street makes it hard to find parking, but we manage. We aren’t a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is bottled right and sent out on time. My cousin used to help out here too before he moved to a different city. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up when we get a big batch of ingredients in. If you walk past the complex, you’ll probably see our sign for Esen Herbal Remediess Pvt. Ltd. We do our work, talk to the neighbors, and try to get home before the evening rush hits. It’s just a normal workplace where we focus on what we know, which is plants and traditional stuff. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, do the mixing and packing, and keep the lights on. It gets hot in the afternoons but the fans keep us moving. That's just the daily life for us here.
