We are located on the 5th floor of Nizara Bonanza, right on Anna Salai. If you know Chennai at all, you know that being opposite the LIC building is a pretty central and famous spot. Sws Technologies has been at 813 Anna Salai for some time. It’s a big building, and we are just one of many small offices inside. The elevators can be a bit slow during the morning rush, so we often end up waiting in the lobby or just taking the stairs if we feel energetic. Once you get up to the 5th floor, it’s a bit quieter than the street level. We have a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a mess of cables. It’s not a designer office, just a practical place to get work done. Anna Salai is always loud with horns, buses, and people, but we’ve grown used to the background noise. We don't have any big mission statements or motivational posters on the walls. We just come in, do our tasks, and try to stay organized. Being in the heart of the city means we have everything we need nearby, but it also means it’s always busy and crowded. We are a plain-speaking group. We don't use much jargon or try to sound more important than we really are. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a good rhythm. It’s just a regular Chennai office where we put in the hours and try to keep things moving.
