Suraj & Co.

We are over in Vepery, specifically at Sidharth Palace on Church Lane. It is one of those parts of town where there is always something happening right outside the window. Suraj & Co. has been operating out of this building for a good bit now. The office is at E5 9/10, so it is tucked away a little bit inside. We do not have any big signs or anything like that. If you come by, you will probably find us sorting through ledgers or talking to someone on the landline. We do a lot of the basic trade stuff that keeps things moving in this district. Vepery is an old area, and you can feel that when you walk down the lane. There is a certain way things work here, and we have learned to just go with the flow. Some days the electricity acts up and we just open the windows and hope for a breeze. It is not a fancy setup with air conditioning in every corner, but it gets the job done. We handle our accounts and our customers the way we always have, with a lot of talking and some handwritten notes. People know where to find us if they need anything. We are not into all that modern marketing talk. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. Usually, it is just a lot of small tasks that add up by the time evening rolls around and we head home.
