Sugam Hospital

This hospital is located at 7/1 Parathasarathy Street in Saligramam. If you are familiar with the area, we are directly opposite the Big Bazaar, which makes us very easy to find even for people who aren't from this specific street. Saligramam is a lively part of Chennai, and there is always something happening right outside our entrance. The hospital itself handles a wide range of health issues. We have various departments squeezed into the building, and it can feel a bit like a maze if you aren't used to it. The waiting area often has local families sitting together, waiting for their turn to see a doctor. We don't have those fancy automated systems you see in the corporate hospitals; we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with paper files and personal interaction. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when many people show up at once, but we eventually get through the list. The air conditioning works mostly, though on the hottest days, it struggles to keep up with the number of people inside. Our doctors are usually busy, but they take the time to talk to patients without using too many big medical words. It is just a neighborhood hospital trying to provide basic care to the people living near Parathasarathy Street. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just open the doors every morning and take care of whoever comes in for help.
