It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, but it’s a solid place to be. Tnhb stands for the housing board, so it’s a very established neighborhood with lots of families and small businesses. Our office is a simple place, nothing flashy. We work on software and mobile apps, so we spend a lot of time sitting at our desks and typing away. It can get pretty quiet in the afternoons, which is nice for getting things done. We don't have any big missions or fancy slogans. We just have a list of things to build and we try our best to get through them. Sometimes we get stuck on a difficult piece of code and have to walk around the block to clear our heads. Ayyappakkam has changed over the years with more buildings popping up, but it still feels like its own little world. We like the local feel of being here rather than in a giant tech park. It’s just a few of us, and we keep things pretty informal. We don't wear uniforms or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just talk across the room and get the job done.
