Stoto Private Limited

We are based in Pollachi, specifically on Anna Street in Suleswaranpatty. It’s a different pace of life here compared to the big cities like Chennai or Coimbatore city. Stoto Private Limited is just our small operation here at No 12. Most of us grew up around this area, so we like the familiar surroundings. The office is pretty basic and straightforward. We have what we need to get the work done and not much else. We don't see the point in having a lot of expensive furniture or decorations that don't do anything. Our work involves a lot of planning and keeping track of various things. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to wait, but that’s just how life is around here. We know our neighbors on the street quite well, and they know what we do. It’s a friendly place to be. We aren't trying to be some massive company with a thousand employees. We just want to do our work well and then go home to our families in the evening. Some days are much busier than others, especially when we have a big deadline approaching. We usually have lunch together in the back and talk about regular things like cricket or the weather, not just work stuff. It's a relaxed atmosphere but we still stay focused on our tasks. Being in Pollachi gives us a bit of breathing room. The air is a bit cleaner and things aren't as rushed. We’ve been here for a while now and it’s a good fit.
