Stepsoft Llp

We are based out of the Vaibogh building, units 364 and 365. It's on 5th Link Street in Nehru Nagar. That’s right in the Perungudi area, just off the OMR. If you’ve ever driven down the OMR, you know the traffic can be a nightmare, but this is a good spot for a tech company like Stepsoft Llp. We’ve got a decent amount of space here. It’s an honest workspace. We focus on software because that’s what we know how to do. There are a handful of us here most days. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. We just talk to each other across the room. The building is okay, nothing special but it keeps the rain out and the AC works most of the time. Working in Perungudi means we’re surrounded by other companies doing similar things, but we just stick to our own tasks. We write code, test things out, and try to fix bugs when they pop up. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. Sometimes we stay late if a project is acting up. It's just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve been here for a bit now and we like the neighborhood. It's a solid place to work every day without too much fuss or unnecessary meetings.
