Startnet Ventures is the name on the door, and this is where we spend the bulk of our time. Salem is a bit different from the big coastal cities, and we like the pace here. It’s a solid place to be based. The office itself is quite straightforward. We have enough room for the team and our gear, and we don't feel the need for any more than that. Fairlands is a nice neighborhood, and having the office on the 3rd Cross Street means we are close to some good local spots for lunch. We don’t go in for fancy titles or long-winded meetings about nothing. We’d rather just talk things through and get the work finished. It is a practical setup for us. We’ve been here for a while and have become part of the local routine. We just keep things moving and try to stay focused on what’s right in front of us. It’s a simple life, and it works well for everyone on the team here in Tamil Nadu. There is not much more to it than that, just a regular group working in Salem.
