Ssk College

Ssk College is located at 133 Gandhi Road in Sriperumbudur. The address can be a bit confusing because of the way the districts are marked, but it’s basically Kanchipuram - 602105. We are right on the main road, so it’s easy to find, but it also means there is a lot of traffic noise from the trucks going to the factories nearby. The building is a standard concrete structure. We have a lot of rooms for the different departments. It’s a college, so there are always students hanging out in the hallways or near the entrance. We have a small office where we handle all the registration and fees. It gets really busy during the start of the semester, and there’s usually a line out the door. The furniture is a bit old, and the paint is fading in some spots, but it works for what we need. Sriperumbudur is growing fast, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same at 133 Gandhi Road. We don’t do much in the way of advertising. Most of the students come here because their older siblings did. It’s a practical place. We focus on the lectures and getting the exams done on time. The staff doesn't wear fancy uniforms, just regular clothes. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long afternoon shifts. It’s just a normal part of the Kanchipuram educational landscape.
