We are over at the Udipi Home building on Halls Road in Egmore. It is right near the signal. There is always a lot of noise and cars honking outside our doors. Most people around here know the spot. It has been a landmark for a long time. We just run our operations from this address at number 1. The area is always busy. This is especially true in the mornings when everyone is heading to work or the railway station nearby. We spend our time making sure things are running correctly and the food is coming out as it should. It is a bit of an old-fashioned setup. It suits us just fine. We don't spend much money on fancy decorations or anything like that. We prefer to just stick to what we know and keep the place clean for everyone who comes in. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when there are a lot of orders at once. We have a rhythm down. The staff has been around for a while. We all know each other's names. It feels more like a small community than a big business most days. We keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Egmore is a fast place to live and work. We are just another part of that daily rush. It gets hot, it gets loud, but we are still here every morning.
