Srm Technologies

The address says 1 Year Chennai, and while that might sound a bit strange to people not from around here, it’s where Srm Technologies is based. We’ve been operating in this part of Tamil Nadu for a while now. The office is pretty much what you’d expect from a tech place in India. There are cables everywhere, and everyone is usually hunched over a keyboard. Chennai is always hot, so our main concern most days is making sure the cooling is working so the servers don’t melt. It’s not a fancy glass tower. We are in a more regular building where the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own. I usually get in early to beat the worst of the traffic, which is a nightmare in this city. The work itself is just a lot of problem-solving and coding. We don't have a big HR team or a polished front desk. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone eating lunch at their desk or a group of us arguing about a bug in the software. It’s a very casual environment. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just take on the projects that come our way and try to finish them on time. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it’s home for us. We’ve been doing this for about a year at this specific spot, and it’s been a real learning curve for everyone.
