Sri Selvam Ayurveda Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away on 1st Street in Sri Ayappa Nagar, right there in Kolthur. It’s at No. 7/4, and if you aren't looking closely, you might miss the entrance because it’s a quiet little spot. The air inside usually smells like dried herbs and oils, which is something you get used to pretty quickly after working here for a few weeks. It’s not a massive medical facility with hundreds of rooms, just a practical space where we handle the daily visitors. Most of the people who come by are our neighbors from around the Kolthur area, so we know many of them by name. We spend a lot of time preparing the various treatments and making sure the jars are all labeled and stored correctly. The furniture is simple, and we have a few chairs in the waiting area that have been there since we opened. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy with kids playing or bikes going past, but inside, we try to keep things steady. We don't have a big corporate team or fancy receptionists, just a few of us who know how the clinic runs and what needs to be done each morning. We open the shutters, sweep the front step, and wait for the first person to arrive. It’s a straightforward way of working, focusing on the people who walk in with their various aches or needs. We just take it one person at a time.
