Sri Devi Speciality Hospital

Sri Devi Speciality Hospital is located at number 30 on Poonamalle High Road in Koyambedu. We are right opposite the Rohini Cinema Hall, which is a big landmark around here. If there is a big movie release, the whole street gets incredibly crowded and loud, but we are used to that by now. Koyambedu is always moving, and being on the high road means we are right in the middle of it all. The hospital itself is a speciality place, but we try to keep the atmosphere feeling like a local spot. It’s a pretty functional building with several floors, and we spend most of our time running up and down the stairs or waiting for the lift. We don't have those fancy receptionists who speak like they're in a movie; we just have regular people who want to help you out. The waiting area has a view of the road, so you can watch the traffic while you wait for your turn. It’s not a quiet place by any means, but it’s an honest one. We do our work, manage the patients, and deal with the busyness of the Koyambedu area every single day. We’ve been here for years, so we’ve seen the cinema change and the road get wider. It’s just home for us. We are just a group of people trying to provide healthcare in a very busy part of Chennai.
