Our office is in Greeta Towers, which is located in the industrial area of OMR Phase 1. Srgt Technology (India) Private Limited is just one of many businesses in this part of Chennai, specifically in the Saidapet and Kanchipuram region. Being in Greeta Towers means there’s always people coming and going. It’s a busy environment, but our own space is fairly simple. We don’t have any of those modern office slides or bean bags you see on TV. We just have desks and a small area to make coffee. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Most of the team lives around the 600096 area, so the commute isn't too bad for most of us. We aren't interested in using a lot of marketing talk. We just show up, do what’s on the list, and try to finish before it gets too late. The office can be a bit quiet during the day because everyone is usually pretty focused on their own screen. We don't have a lot of meetings for no reason. We just talk when we need to. It’s a very grounded way of working. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen the area change around us. It's just a regular workplace where we try to stay productive and keep things moving forward without any unnecessary fuss or long-winded meetings about nothing.
