Square Dots India is located over at Real Regency, specifically in flat number 51 on the third floor. Pycrofts Road in Royapettah is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. The office itself is a pretty standard flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and there’s always a kettle ready for tea in the corner. We spend the majority of our days doing digital tasks and managing different projects on our computers. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with a lobby and a guard. You just come up the stairs or take the lift to the third floor and walk in. We like the vibe of Royapettah because it’s central and has a lot of history. The building is a bit older, so it has its quirks, like the occasional noisy pipe or a door that sticks, but it works for us. We are just a team of regular people trying to do a good job. We don’t have a dress code or anything like that; we just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we have to stay a bit later when a deadline is coming up, but that's just the nature of the work. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just here on Pycrofts Road, doing our daily business and keeping things moving. It’s a simple, honest setup that suits us just fine.
