Speech And Software Technologies is located at No 1/21 on Pidariamman Kovil Street. We are down in Uthandi, Chennai, which is a bit further out from the main city buzz. It’s actually quite nice being closer to the coast; you get a bit more of a breeze sometimes, though the humidity is still something else. Our street is named after the local temple, so it's a landmark everyone nearby knows. We work on software and speech-related tech from this office. It’s a quiet building, nothing too flashy or modern on the outside. Inside, we have our computers and servers and that’s about it. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that prefers the quieter pace of Uthandi compared to the traffic jams in T. Nagar or Adyar. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We don't really spend time on marketing talk or trying to sound like we are bigger than we are. We just write code and handle tech problems as they come up. The office is a bit lived-in, with coffee mugs everywhere and papers stacked up, but we know where everything is. If you find yourself on Pidariamman Kovil Street, we are right there at 1/21.
