Softeck

We are located at Z-60 Plot No 1977 on 10th Street in Anna Nagar. Finding us is pretty easy once you spot Jessie Moses Matriculation School; we are right behind it. The shop is called Softeck, and it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a decent-sized space, but it fills up fast with laptops that need new batteries or desktops that have caught some kind of virus. Being near a school means we see a lot of students coming in with broken laptop hinges or needing a bit of help with their software. We don’t really do anything flashy here. It’s a lot of sitting at the workbench with a screwdriver and a can of compressed air. Sometimes the humidity in Chennai makes the hardware act up, so we deal with a lot of corrosion issues on the internal parts. We’ve got a routine down now where we check the intake in the morning and try to clear out the backlog by the evening. The street outside can get a bit congested when school lets out, but otherwise, it’s a fairly quiet spot to work. We don’t spend money on big signs or fancy ads. Most people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we could help with their tech problems. It’s a simple setup, and that’s how we like to keep it. We just keep our heads down and handle the repairs as they come through the door.
