Our office is located at No. 2, Indira Nagar, on the 1st Main Road. We are actually down in the basement floor. It’s a bit different from working in a high-rise. It stays cooler down here when the Chennai sun is beating down on the streets above. Indira Nagar is a relatively quiet and green area, which we appreciate. The office itself is pretty simple. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just our workstations and some shelves for our books and papers. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. You can hear the muffled sounds of cars driving by on the road above us. We have a small light that flickers a bit in the corner, but we haven't bothered to fix it yet. Most of the staff takes the bus or the local train to get here since the station isn't too far away. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together at our desks. It’s not a fancy corporate life, but it suits us just fine. We are just a small group of people doing our thing in a basement in Chennai. There is nothing very exciting about our daily routine, but we get our work done and that is what matters to us.
