You can find us at No. 600 in the Parson Commercial Complex on Anna Salai. Being on Anna Salai means we are right in the heart of the city. The noise from the street is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We handle computer systems and hardware. Our shop is full of parts, cables, and old monitors. It’s not the cleanest place because there’s always a computer being taken apart on one of the benches. We fix things that are broken and sell parts to people who need them. The complex itself is quite old and has a lot of other businesses. We know most of our neighbors. It’s a small community inside this big building. We don’t have a big corporate team. It’s just us and our tools. People bring in laptops that won’t turn on or desktops that are too slow. We spend a lot of time cleaning out dust and replacing parts. It’s a bit like being a mechanic but for electronics. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s wrong and how much it will cost to fix. Sometimes we can't find the part we need, and that’s frustrating. But mostly, we manage to get things working again. We’ve been at this spot for a long time and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. It’s just what we do.
