Our clinic is located at No. 29 Kalaignar Road, inside the JK Ashritha building. Specifically, we are in Flat-A in the Srinivasa Nagar area of New Perungalathur. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from a big city hospital. Dr. K Srinivasa Rangan runs the place, focusing on Siddha medicine. The clinic is basically a modified flat, so it has a very personal and local feel to it. When you walk in, you might smell some of the traditional herbs or oils we use. It’s not a sterile, cold environment; it feels more like visiting a neighbor’s house. We have a small desk for registration and a space where the doctor meets with people. Most of our patients come from New Perungalathur or the surrounding parts of Srinivasa Nagar. They come for various health issues that need a different approach than what you find elsewhere. We don’t have big flashy signs or a reception team in suits. It’s just us. We spend our time preparing the remedies and talking to the people who come through the door. The street outside, Kalaignar Road, is usually pretty quiet. We follow a steady routine every day, opening up the flat and getting everything ready for the appointments. It’s a modest setup, but it serves the people around here well. We just do our work quietly and help those who come to see us. There is no rush, just steady care for the neighbors.
