Shosova Properties Pvt. Ltd. is based in room 305 of the Sun Plaza building on G.N. Chetty Road. Being in a big plaza like this means we are surrounded by all sorts of other businesses. Our office is on the third floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street traffic below. G.N. Chetty Road is always humming with cars and people, which makes it feel like we are right in the middle of things. We deal with properties, so our walls are usually covered with maps and lists of places. It’s not a fancy interior; we have some basic desks and chairs for when people come in to chat about a lease or a sale. We don’t use high-pressure sales tactics or anything like that. Mostly, we just show people what’s available and let them decide. The elevators in Sun Plaza can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We’ve been in this specific office for a while now, and the security guards and other tenants are all familiar faces. We keep a pot of coffee going and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with real estate. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy the variety of people we meet. We just try to be helpful and stay grounded in our local area. It’s just how we’ve always done it here in the plaza.
