Shareware Dreams

We are located in 3 Manasa Apartments in Chennai. It’s a quiet enough spot in the 600117 area. We started this because we liked working on software and computers. It’s not a huge tech park office, just a room in an apartment building. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing in the hallway, and it gets a bit noisy, but that is just how it is. We spend most of our time coding and trying to fix bugs. It’s mostly dreams of making something useful, which is why we picked the name. We drink a lot of coffee and stay up late. The fans keep spinning even when it's very humid outside. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably see a couple of us hunched over laptops. We handle different projects as they come in. Some are small and some take months. We just like building things that work. Being in Chennai means the weather is mostly hot, but we stay inside and work. It is simple work, really. We try to keep our costs down so we can just focus on the software side of things. People find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are in the building. That is how we like it. We are just local people trying to make good software in our spare room.
