Saravana Systems & Services

Our place, Saravana Systems & Services, is located at No:2 on West Prathathasan Road. We are inside the Mr Plaza building, which most people in the area know. It is a decent spot, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying a heavy desktop tower. We have a small office where we handle all the repairs and service calls. There are usually a few computers pulled apart on the benches and wires running across the floor. It is not the kind of place that looks like a showroom, it's more of a workshop. We have been here for a few years and have seen the neighborhood change a bit. The traffic on West Prathathasan Road is usually steady, so there is always something going on outside. We don't have any fancy brochures or a big advertising budget. Most people just hear about us from their friends or family. We do a lot of work for the offices nearby, fixing their systems when they crash or setting up new printers. Sometimes we have to go out on site to fix things, so the shop might be closed for an hour or two during the day. We just leave a note on the door when that happens. It is a small business and we do most of the work ourselves. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, we just want to do our work and get through the day.
