We are based in Saphire Square, which is on Perambur Barracks Road. Purasawalkkam is a very crowded area, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic. Our office occupies a couple of units, 88-89 and 44-45. It’s a bit of a confusing layout if you’re not used to it. We handle a variety of commercial goods. The building itself is busy with other businesses, so there’s a lot of coming and going. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We don’t have any fancy lounge or anything for visitors. Usually, people just come in, do their business, and leave. We’ve been here for a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few people to handle the paperwork and logistics. It’s a lot of tracking shipments and making phone calls. Sometimes the lift doesn't work, so we have to use the stairs, which can be tiring. It’s just a standard place of work where we try to stay on top of things. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something goes wrong, we just talk it out and fix it. The lighting is a bit harsh, but we don't mind. It's just an office.
