You can find us at No-1 on 7th Avenue in Besant Nagar. It’s a nice part of town, and we like being located here. The street is usually lined with trees and feels a bit calmer than some of the other main roads, though it still gets its share of traffic. Our building fits right into the neighborhood. We’ve been Santosh Hospitals Private Limited for quite a while, and we’ve seen the area change around us. The staff here is like a small family; some of the nurses have worked here since they were very young. When you walk in, it doesn't feel like a cold, sterile corporate office. It feels more like a local spot where people actually know your name. We have different departments spread out across the floors, but everything is signed clearly so people don't get lost. The waiting room has a few magazines and some chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We keep the place clean, but it has that lived-in feel of a building that’s constantly being used. We see a lot of people from the nearby houses and apartments. Sometimes it’s just for a small cough, and other times it’s for something more complicated. We just take things as they come, one patient at a time. It’s a steady kind of life here on 7th Avenue, and we just keep doing our part for the folks in Besant Nagar.
