R Tec Incorporated is tucked away at 18/3 Chinmaya Nagar Stage 1. We are right on the 1St Main Road in Virugambakkam. It is a regular office building, nothing too flashy or modern on the outside. We deal with technical stuff all day, mostly sitting behind screens or talking on the phone with people who have questions. The office gets a bit cramped when we have all the equipment out on the tables. Virugambakkam is a busy part of town, so there is always a bit of a buzz outside our windows. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and take turns bringing in snacks. The work is not always exciting, but it keeps us busy and we have been at this location for a while. We know the other business owners on 1St Main Road and we usually say hello when we are out for lunch. Our desks are covered in wires and notes because that is just the nature of what we do here. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up and we have to open the windows, which lets in the city noise. We do not have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It is just a small team of us trying to get through the daily tasks. We try to keep things practical and do not spend much time on fluff. If the work is done well, that is usually enough for us and the people we help.
