We’re at No 13 in the Sri Raghavendra Complex. It’s located on Narasingapuram Street, which is right off Mount Road and very close to the Ritchie Street area. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it gets with all the electronics shops and crowds. Our place is tucked away inside the complex. It’s a small shop, but we make the most of the space we have. We have shelves full of components and tools for fixing electronic things. Ritchie Street is famous for this kind of stuff, so there’s always a lot of energy and noise around. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, especially with all the machines and computers running. We usually have a big fan going all day to keep the air moving. It’s definitely not a quiet office. You can hear the constant bustle of the street and other shopkeepers calling out to people. We’ve been here for a good while, so we know many of the regular customers and other owners. We don't have a fancy website or any big signs. People just find us by walking through the narrow lanes. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren't familiar with Narasingapuram Street. We just sit here, do our work, and help people who come in with their tech problems. It’s a simple way of working. We like the community here. Everyone helps each other out with parts. We usually close up early on Saturday evenings.
