Safire Printing & Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is located in Royapettah, specifically at Balaji Nagar. We are on 1st Street. The address can be a little confusing because it has a New No. 16 and an Old No. 31, but it’s the same building we have always used. Royapettah is an old part of the city, and the streets here are quite narrow. You can always hear the sound of the printing presses running throughout the day. It’s a rhythmic noise that we don't even notice anymore. The building is a bit cramped because we have a lot of machinery squeezed in. We do a lot of printing and making boxes and such. The ink can get on your clothes if you aren't careful. It’s a busy atmosphere with people moving pallets and checking the print quality. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s more of a factory feel. Balaji Nagar is a nice enough area, though parking is a nightmare if you aren't on a motorbike. We’ve been doing this for a long time under the name Safire. It’s hard work and the shop gets pretty hot during the summer months. We just keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. It’s a local business through and through. We know the other shop owners on the street and we just do our daily work without much fuss or bother.
