Saaswell Tech Private Limited

Our place is at No-8, on the second floor in V.V Colony. It’s on 4th Street in Adambakkam. Saaswell Tech Private Limited has been based here in Chennai for a little while now. Adambakkam is a good middle ground for us. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for the team we have. We’ve got the second floor to ourselves, so it’s relatively quiet. We spend most of our time developing software and checking for bugs. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a lot of rules about what people wear or when exactly they show up, as long as the work gets done. There’s a window that looks out onto the colony, and it’s nice to see people going about their business while we’re stuck behind our screens. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just us. We’ve had to fix our own computers and set up our own desks when we moved in. It makes you appreciate the space more. We don’t spend money on things we don't need, like fancy signage or leather chairs. We’d rather just focus on the projects we have. It’s a practical way to run a tech company. We aren't trying to be the next big thing. We just want to be a reliable shop that does what it says it will do. Our days are long but we keep things moving along somehow.
