We are located at No 4/12 in the Round Building, which is pretty easy to find if you’re near the Collector Nagar bus stand in Anna Nagar West. It’s a familiar landmark for most people around here. Our space is small but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it over the years. There is usually a lot of foot traffic outside because of the bus stop, so it stays pretty lively. We spend our days handling various requests and keeping track of our stock. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, and we have to stack boxes wherever they fit. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We've got a small window that looks out onto the street, though we don't get much time to stare out of it. Most of our work is done over the counter or on the phone. We try to be quick with things because people are usually in a hurry to catch their bus or get home. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people walk in at once. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by and the area feels alive. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making sure the business keeps running smoothly without any big drama. We just show up and get through the list of tasks.
