Rrjm Technology Solutions Private Limited is based out of the Purva Swanlake Apartment complex in Kelambakkam. We are in unit N-102 on the 1st floor. It’s located on the OMR, which is the main IT corridor in Chennai, but being in an apartment makes it feel much more personal than a standard office building. We decided to set up here because it’s a bit quieter and the atmosphere is more relaxed. Our office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and servers. We don't have a lobby or a fancy sign out front. It’s just us working away on tech solutions every day. The 1st floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for the elevator most of the time. We handle a lot of different technical projects, and the team is small enough that everyone knows what’s happening. There’s no big hierarchy or layers of management to deal with. If there’s a problem, we just sit around a desk and talk until it’s fixed. Living and working on the OMR means we see a lot of growth, but we keep our own operations very simple. We don't use any marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a small, dedicated group of people working out of an apartment in 603103. It’s a honest way to work and it keeps us focused on what matters.
