Roopam Enterprises

Roopam Enterprises is situated at No-52, Fanpet 2nd Street in Nandanam, which is a fairly quiet pocket compared to the main roads of Chennai. The building is an older one, and we have been using this space for a long time. It’s a simple setup with desks, some storage shelves, and a lot of paper. We don’t have a flashy sign or a lobby. Usually, the first thing you hear when you walk in is the sound of the old air conditioner trying its best against the Chennai heat. We are a small group of people who have known each other for a long time. Our daily routine is pretty much the same: get in, have some coffee, and start going through the lists. The street outside is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we make it work. We get a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know where we are and they know we don’t put on any airs. It’s a practical environment where we focus on getting the paperwork and the orders right. There are always stacks of things waiting to be sorted or sent out. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to finish the day’s work and head home through the evening traffic. It’s a local way of doing things.
