Ridhi Sidhi Marketing

Our place is at No. 72 on Nattupillayar Koil Street, right near the Gandhi Statue. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually find us without too much trouble. At Ridhi Sidhi Marketing, we do marketing work, but it’s not what you see on TV. It’s mostly local stuff, talking to clients and figuring out how to get products seen. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people walking by. We have a small shopfront and then some space in the back for the actual work. It’s a bit cramped because we have boxes and displays everywhere. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and we know most of the other shop owners around us. Sometimes we stand out front for a bit of air when things get too busy inside. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a receptionist or anything; whoever is closest to the door helps whoever walks in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the two main desks we have. The walls are covered with old calendars and some notes we’ve tacked up. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full blast. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure the paperwork is right. It’s a simple, local business where we work hard and go home when the sun goes down. Most days are about managing expectations and trying to find ways to help out the folks who come to us.
