We are located in one of the most famous buildings in Chennai, Spencer Plaza. Our specific spot is 715A on the 7th floor. The address is 768 and 769 Anna Salai. Being in Spencer Plaza is interesting because the building has so much history and it’s always full of people shopping or just hanging out. Our office, Rewardup Software, is a bit removed from the noise of the shopping floors since we are way up on the seventh. It’s a standard office unit with a few partitions and a lot of wires. We spend most of our time developing software and testing it out. It’s not the most exciting thing to watch, but it keeps us busy. The view from some of the higher windows in the plaza lets you see the traffic moving along Anna Salai, which is always a mess. We usually take the metro to work since the station is so close. It saves us from having to find parking. Inside the office, things are pretty casual. We don't have a dress code or formal meetings every hour. We just talk about the code and try to solve the bugs as they pop up. It’s a good location for us because everyone knows where it is. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. We just take things one day at a time in this big building.
