Retroacto Private Limited

We are based out of Level 5 in Tamarai Tech Park, which is located on S.P. Plot No. 16-19 and 20-A. It’s right in the heart of the Chennai City Corporation area. Working in a tech park is a bit different from a street-side office. You have to go through security and use your badge for everything. Retroacto is just one of the many companies in this building. From the fifth floor, we can see a fair bit of the city, and the view of the traffic on the main road is always a reminder to leave early if we want to beat the rush. The office is mostly open-plan, so there isn't much privacy, but it makes it easier to talk to each other. We don't wear formal clothes here; most of us just show up in jeans and t-shirts. There is a canteen in the building, but we often go out to the small stalls nearby for better food. It’s a very busy environment with people always rushing around. We focus on our software work and try to stay out of the corporate drama that sometimes happens in big buildings. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and we’ve made our corner of the fifth floor feel comfortable. It’s a practical place for a tech company to be in this part of Tamil Nadu. We just focus on the code and the daily goals.
