We are based at Rd Infoserve It Service Private Limited, located on Janakiraman Street in Jafferkhanpet. The address is a bit funny because it’s Old No 1/2 and New No 15/2. People sometimes get lost trying to find the right door. We’ve been in this part of Chennai for a long time. It’s a busy little street with a lot of life. We do IT services, which basically means we fix things when they break and set up systems for people who don't want to do it themselves. It is a small team here. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy managers. We just sit at our desks and work through the list of things to do. The office is full of old cables and spare parts, which isn't very pretty, but it’s practical. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or heard about us from a friend. We like keeping things simple. Usually, someone is always making tea or coffee in the back. It’s a relaxed place to work, though it can get stressful when a server goes down. We just take it as it comes. Jafferkhanpet is a good spot for us, close enough to everything but still has that local feel. We plan on staying right here. It is just a normal office for normal people.
