Ramco Systems Ltd. has an office at No 3/2 on Thiru.Vi.Ka. Street in Ayanavaram. Chennai 600023 is a place with a lot of history especially with the railway quarters nearby. Ayanavaram is a very busy residential and commercial mix and our street is no different. The office is in a simple building that doesn't stand out much from the houses and shops around it. We like it that way because it feels like we are part of the local scene. The street can get a bit narrow when people park their bikes on both sides so it is better to walk if you are nearby. Inside we have a basic setup where the team works on various projects throughout the day. It is not a shiny new office but it is comfortable and has everything we need. We hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day like the bells from the local temples or the vendors selling vegetables. It keeps us grounded in the reality of the city. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any of that corporate stuff. We just come in do our jobs and go home like everyone else. Thiru.Vi.Ka. Street has been our home for a while and we have gotten to know the people around here. It is just a regular place where honest work happens every day without any fuss.
