We’re located over at Nandini Baby's Nest in Ramapuram, specifically at 22-C Sriram Nagar. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main roads. Darter Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a few rooms where we sit with our laptops and work on code or whatever project is on the plate that week. It doesn't feel like a big corporate office because it isn't one. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the chairs are just regular office chairs we’ve had for a while. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around, which is annoying but gives us a chance to actually talk. We don’t have a dress code or anything like that. Most days people just show up in whatever is comfortable. Ramapuram is a decent spot to be based; there are enough little shops nearby to grab lunch. We aren't trying to be the next giant company. We just like solving problems and getting the tech to work right. It’s a lot of staring at screens and typing, then checking it again. We keep things pretty low-key. If you walked past Sriram Nagar, you might not even realize there’s a tech company inside. We like the quiet vibe here. It helps us focus on the actual work instead of all the extra noise. It is just a bunch of regular people doing their best to make things function properly.
