We are located at No:1, Subbaraya Avenue, right on C.P. Ramaswamy Road in Alwarpet. Rakindo Developers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this corner for a while. Alwarpet is a busy part of town, and our office reflects that. We spend our days looking at blueprints, talking to engineers, and figuring out where the next project is going to be. It is a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites we have going on. The walls here are covered with old maps and project photos. It is not the quietest office because there is always someone coming in with a delivery or a question about a site. We grew up around these streets, so we know how the neighborhoods have changed. Building things takes a lot of patience and a lot of permits. We spend more time at the government offices than we would like, but that is just the nature of the job. Most of our staff have been with us for years. We eat lunch together and complain about the traffic on C.P. Ramaswamy Road just like everyone else. When someone walks in asking about a new apartment or a plot of land, we give them the facts. No fluff, just what we know about the soil, the water, and the price. It is hard work, but seeing a building go up from nothing is a good feeling at the end of the day.
