Our shop is tucked away at Shop No. 6. It sits on Old Kuppusamy Street, but the area is also known as New Bharathiyar Street. It gets a bit confusing for delivery drivers sometimes because of the overlapping names. We are in Ramalinga Nagar, specifically the Madipakkam area. Rajam Siva Info Tech System has been here for a good few years now. The space is filled with screens, keyboards, and various computer parts. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of tea while we look at the list of things to do. The street outside can be narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a headache for people coming by. We don't have any flashy lights or big advertisements on the walls. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor who had a problem. Sometimes the internet connection acts up, which is funny considering the kind of work we do here. We spend our hours looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why certain things won't turn on. The chairs in the waiting area have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. It’s just a regular local spot where we do our work and talk to whoever walks in. Madipakkam is a busy neighborhood, and there is always some noise outside the door.
