Raj Refrigeration Centre

We are down on Armenian Street in Parrys, at New No 85. Some people still know it as Old 42. It’s a very old part of the city and it gets incredibly crowded during the day. Raj Refrigeration Centre has been here through a lot of changes in the neighborhood. The shop itself is packed with all sorts of refrigeration parts and old units. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We’ve got stacks of copper tubing and compressors everywhere you look. It isn't the cleanest place in the world, but we know where everything is. That’s what matters when you’re trying to fix something quickly. We aren't a big corporate entity. It’s just a few of us who have been working with fridges for years. We don't have a marketing department or anything. People just walk in from Armenian Street because they know we’ve been here forever. We like the noise and the chaos of Parrys. It’s got a lot of character. We just focus on the repairs and the parts we sell. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the job finished so the customer can get back to their day. It’s a simple way to run a business. We show up, we work hard in the heat, and we go home. That is life at Raj Refrigeration Centre and we wouldn’t have it any other way. It's just a regular shop.
