Our office is located at EGP Flats, Block B, F 2 on Periarpathai in Cholamadu. It’s a part of Chennai that feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a business district. R Square Information Technology Pvt Ltd has been operating from this flat for a while. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have all the wires and computers you would expect for an IT place. It’s not the sort of place with a big lobby or a coffee machine that makes fancy drinks. We usually just make our own tea in the small kitchen area. The street outside is always busy with people going to work or school. We can hear the traffic and the horns all day long, but it’s just part of the background noise now. Most of us have been working here for a few years, so we have a good routine down. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations or things like that. We just look at the code or the data and try to fix whatever is broken. It’s straightforward work. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. Just regular folks doing a job in Chennai. Sometimes the power goes out but we have a backup to keep things moving along.
