R. C. Trading Private Limited

We are located in Zackeriya Colony, inside A/3 Palani Apartments. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main roads you find in other parts of the city. R. C. Trading Private Limited isn't your typical glass-and-steel office building. We work out of a converted apartment, which gives the whole place a homey and casual feel. You have to buzz the gate and talk to the watchman to get in. We’ve got desks set up in the rooms where a dining table or a sofa probably used to be. It’s a bit cramped when all the staff members are in at the same time, but we make it work somehow. We share a small kitchen for making coffee and keeping our snacks. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we have too many delivery bikes coming in at once, so we try to keep things organized and quick. Most of our work is done through phone calls and emails these days, rather than people walking in. We trade a variety of things, mostly whatever is moving well in the market at the time. It keeps us on our toes and ensures we don't get bored. We don't have a "corporate culture" or any human resources department. We just have a small group of people who show up and do their jobs every day. Some of us have been here since the company started, and some are newer. We don't do big staff outings, but we’ll occasionally order in some food together when we finish a big task.
