Qtech Services

Qtech Services is basically run out of a small setup in West Tambaram. We’re at No. 16/25 on Kamaraj Street, right near where Gulam Mohammed Khan stays. It’s a local neighborhood, nothing like those big IT parks you see elsewhere in Chennai. We handle various service requests that come our way. Most of the time, we're communicating through email, specifically that Thajudeen account on Yahoo. It’s not a fancy operation. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine in the lobby. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We’ve been in this part of Tambaram for a while. We know the neighbors and the shops on the corner. When people need something done, they usually just drop by or send an electronic message. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with technology or services can get complicated, but we try to explain things in a way that makes sense to regular people. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We're just workers making a living. Sometimes the street gets a little flooded when it rains hard, but that’s just life in Chennai. We keep going regardless. It’s a small-scale business, and we like it that way because we can talk to everyone directly without any middleman getting in the way or making things more expensive than they need to be.
