We are located over at Isha Aabhirupam, specifically in apartment C-306 on Vengambakkam Main Road. It’s a residential area in Kaspapuram, which makes the office feel a bit more like a home than a sterile workplace. Working out of Selaiyur means we deal with the usual Tambaram-Chennai traffic, but once we’re inside, it’s pretty calm. Qladdertechnologiesprivate Limited is really just a handful of us who like tech. We don’t have a big HR department or corporate retreats. Most days involve sitting around the main table with our laptops, trying to figure out why a piece of code isn’t doing what it’s supposed to. It’s a bit informal here. Sometimes we forget to take a real lunch break and just eat at our desks while talking about the weekend. The building is nice, and being in the 600073 zip code puts us right in the middle of a growing neighborhood. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just take on the projects that come our way and try to do a decent job so we can go home on time. There’s no dress code, so you’ll usually find us in jeans and t-shirts. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the work because that’s what we are here for. It’s not a flashy lifestyle, but it’s ours, and we’re quite used to the routine by now. We just do our thing without making a big fuss about it.
