Our office is situated at 1/11 in the Ramanibai Colony area of Peravallur, here in Chennai. It’s one of those parts of the city that feels lived-in and real, with narrow streets and plenty of neighbors. We handle various service-related tasks from this base. It’s a modest building, and the rooms are usually filled with paperwork, tools, and the general clutter of a working service business. Chennai can be incredibly humid, so the air conditioner is usually running, but you still feel that coastal heat when you step out into the colony streets. We have a handful of staff who are always coming and going, heading out to different sites or coming back to file reports. There is a lot of coordination involved, but we keep it pretty low-key. We aren't interested in looking like a giant corporation with glass walls and uniforms. We just need a functional place to organize our schedules and keep our equipment safe. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try to be quiet neighbors as much as we can. Most of the people around here know us as the service folks who are always busy with something. We deal with a lot of different types of maintenance and technical support, and every day brings a new set of challenges to fix. It is the kind of work that requires patience and a lot of driving through Chennai traffic, but we are used to it.
